This four-week fitness program is tailored to help you get comfortable with exercise in a way that feels practical and achievable.
Inside you will find eight workouts (you'll complete two each week) that gently progress. The workouts are delivered via print (so you can easily print them) but you'll also have a page with clickable links to access demo videos for each exercise.
In order to fully complete this program, you'll need access to two dumbbells of the same weight (I recommend 3-5lbs for most beginners).
